Company Projects $6 Million of Annual Revenues to be Generated

MIAMI--Sept. 15, 2005--Interlink Global Corp., (OTC:ILKG - News), today announced that the Company has executed a memorandum of understanding with World Wireless Telecom, a licensed telecom carrier located in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles to develop sales and market opportunities for wireless telecommunications and data services on the island of the Netherlands Antilles. It is contemplated that such services will include wireless broadband, VOIP services and telecom and data services delivered through Wi-Fi and Wi-Max technology.
ILKG will provide the infrastructure in Miami and Curacao to host all services required by the joint venture, the technical & engineering expertise and support, as well as hardware and software to fully develop all wireless services throughout the island. As part of the joint venture, Interlink will provide wireless and wired systems throughout the island, while World Wireless will provide marketing and sales infrastructure through its existing operations as well as billing and customer support services.

It is contemplated that the Joint Venture will begin operations in the Netherlands Antilles no later than December of this year. When fully implemented in the 2nd quarter of 2006, the Company projects that the operations will generate a minimum of $6,000,000 of gross revenues with an operating margin of no less than 34%.

Mr. Anastasios Takis Kyriakides, Chairman of Interlink, in describing the opportunity stated: "We are quite pleased to add World Wireless to our growing list of joint venture partners. We were approached by World Wireless to be their joint venture partner because we are currently undertaking other similar projects in Ecuador, Venezuela and Colombia. The joint venture fits our business model of aligning ourselves with established companies in various countries, while leveraging our existing infrastructure to accelerate our international rollout of Internet based phone and data systems."

Mr. Kenneth Hosfeld, Interlink's executive vice president of sales, stated that "The Netherlands Antilles is ideal for the extension of our products and services since it is the home of over 120 major financial institutions and multi-national corporations. The clients are ideal because of the ability that our systems have to link multi-jurisdictional offices of corporations together to maximize efficiency, which results in substantial cost savings in their telecom and data operating expenses."

Mr. Barney Ivanovic, Managing Director of World Wireless Telecom, stated that "We are very excited about executing this MOU with Interlink Global Corp. as they bring the expertise that is needed to build our network here in Curacao. We expect to penetrate the marketplace quickly, and to be the dominant carrier in the Netherlands Antilles within the next twelve months."
