Interlink to Provide VoIP Services to Venezuela's Second Largest Radio Station - Metropolis 1039 FM

MIAMI & MARACAIBO, Venezuela, Mar 17, 2005 --Interlink Global Corp., (OTC:ILKG) an Internet Service Provider of Voice Over Internet Protocol and a host of communication solutions, with a special focus on the international business marketplace, today announced an agreement signed with Metropolis 1039 FM, a radio station operator in Maracaibo, State of Zulia, Venezuela, S.A to form a joint venture to immediately offer VoIP services to listeners of the radio station who desire to adopt VoIP for both their long distance and local calling needs.

Interlink Global has the international telephone platform as well as the technology intellectual property to provide communication services, including both long distance and local telephone connections, in addition to Internet Services to the general population and to corporate users of this large metropolitan area in the heart of the oil producing region of Venezuela.

Under the terms of this joint venture agreement, Metropolis 1039 FM, which dominates the marketplace with more than two million listeners, will offer local, long distance and international voice services utilizing Interlink Global's VoIP platform. The combined effort of Metropolis 1039 FM and Interlink Global will feature DID numbers for those users who wish to establish virtual offices with USA area codes (ex: 305 Miami Fl. numbers), which will enable the users to place local calls to Miami, Fl., actually originated in Venezuela. Also, users in Venezuela will have local phone numbers which will incur no charges while they call into Interlink's network, and will result in greatly reduced charges when making long distance calls outside the network. The cost of international calls from Venezuela can be prohibitive. Subscribers to Interlink's service can reduce current charges by as much as 70%.

The revenues generated from the joint venture are expected to exceed $1,000,000 within the first twelve months of the multi year term of the joint venture. This revenue stream will be split 50% to Metropolis and 50% to Interlink Global.
